Nooks is hiring a contracts lead to own the commercial contract cycle, review and negotiate agreements, and maintain the playbook with outside counsel. You will train the Growth team to resolve routine terms in sales conversations and ensure deals follow approved positions.

You will manage amendments, renewals, and templates, and report contract metrics to the VP of Growth. A JD or paralegal credential is highly preferred, with experience in defense contracting and CLM systems.

Formación

• Five or more years reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements with substantial independence.
• Working command of core commercial terms: liability limits, indemnification, insurance, termination, service levels, and payment.
• Track record negotiating directly with customer legal and procurement teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into contract terms.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial Negotiation: review, redline, and negotiate customer agreements and NDAs per playbook.
• Playbook and Enablement: draft, maintain, and update contract playbooks and templates.
• Deal Support and Reporting: prepare proposals, track cycle time, and report deviations to leadership.
