Qualifications

• Eight years of sophisticated commercial contracting and transactional experience.
• Independent drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex commercial agreements for operating businesses.
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, sales, logistics, licensing or other operational commercial agreements.
• Excellent business judgment and ability to understand client objectives, identify risks and develop practical solutions.
• Exceptional critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills with ability to connect issues across complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as day‑to‑day commercial and strategic advisor to operating businesses.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Help clients structure and manage relationships across product-based businesses.
