Job summary

Foster Garvey PC is seeking a counsel or partner-level attorney with at least eight years of sophisticated commercial contracting and transactional experience to join our Consumer Brands Industry Group. The successful candidate will serve as a day-to-day commercial and strategic advisor, drafting and negotiating complex business-to-business agreements across consumer products sectors.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of sophisticated commercial contracting and transactional experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements for operating businesses.
• Ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions in contracts and business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on structuring, negotiating, and managing commercial relationships.
• Draft and negotiate complex B2B agreements across consumer brands, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Provide day-to-day strategic and commercial counsel, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
