Foster Garvey PC in New York seeks a counsel or partner-level attorney with eight+ years of sophisticated commercial contracting and transactional experience to join our Consumer Brands Industry Group. The successful candidate will draft, review and negotiate complex B2B agreements, advise on day-to-day commercial matters, structure relationships across supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and licensing, and help clients grow their product businesses.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of sophisticated commercial contracting and transactional experience.
• Independent drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience with multiple supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, licensing or other operational commercial agreements.
• Excellent business judgment and the ability to understand a client’s objectives and risks.
