Job summary

Intrinsic Development invites a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for luxury multi-family and commercial projects in Missouri. You will supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety and quality, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, OSHA certification, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. Lee's Summit MO base with hands-on duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in multi-family, hospitality and/or commercial construction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; Procore a plus.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; 30-hour certification preferred.
• Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and build a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform field duties (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Play a hands-on role in coordination and supervision of assigned construction projects.
• Ensure subcontract work is performed safely and per plans, schedule, budget.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and job-site logistics.
• Monitor on-site performance of subs, suppliers, labor and equipment.
• QC/QA of all on-site work.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections.
• Oversee material deliveries and verify quantities.
• Communicate daily with Project Manager on status.
• Review budgets and timelines with Project Manager weekly.
• Maintain construction schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors for material deliveries.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and photo progress docs.
• Maintain safety-first culture and site cleanup.
