Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all field operations, directly supervising Superintendents.
• Maintain bottom-line responsibility for successful project completion.
• Contribute to pre-construction planning and risk management.
• Oversee warranty management and ensure safety standards onsite.
• Coordinate schedules, site cleanliness, and relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents; assist Project Managers as needed.
