Job summary

Watts Construction Inc in St. George, UT is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will manage subcontractors, uphold safety and quality standards, and support project managers to achieve outstanding results.

This role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma. Advanced CM education and leadership involvement are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage subcontractors from start through completion of construction projects.
• Ensure highest standards of safety, scheduling, and quality control on-site.
• Support and enhance project team accountability and morale.
• Provide technical direction to construction teams.
• Manage risks to minimize project exposure.
• Maintain effective communication with owners, subcontractors, designers, and the public.
• Track and document all project-related progress and communications in Procore.
