Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale commercial construction projects, based in Manassas, VA. This role requires strong field leadership from preconstruction through closeout and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth. OSHA 30/First Aid/CPR preferred; LEED knowledge desired; union environment experience a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
Strong field management and jobsite leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage site operations, labor relations and safety.
Experience with LEED and sustainable construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate site operations, safety, and schedule execution with stakeholders.
Manage subcontractors, labor relations and QA/QC processes.
Mentor staff on technical processes and quality standards.
