Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for local healthcare and commercial projects in the Richmond area. You will lead field activities, manage schedules, and coordinate with PMs, clients, and design teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Experience with healthcare construction projects.
• Procore or similar construction management software proficiency.
• Strong safety standards and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site meetings and field coordination activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams.
• Maintain project schedule and enforce timelines; manage multiple trades.
