Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M or greater.
• OSHA certification required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and mentor field staff to drive project execution.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans to support efficient jobsite performance.
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors including scheduling, sequencing, and scope alignment.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, adjusting for impacts and driving solutions.
• Perform constructability reviews to identify risks and improve project outcomes.
• Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction and manage all required inspections.
• Enforce quality control standards to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Lead and enforce safety standards across all jobsite activities.
