Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management overseeing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Extensive experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors per project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee procurement, storage, and usage of materials for cost efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct site inspections and safety meetings.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and liaise with clients and architects.
