Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site Bay Area commercial builds in San Francisco, CA. The role is on-site with a permanent, full-time arrangement and a base salary in the six-figure range.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and contracts while coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. A CM or Civil Eng background and 5+ years’ PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil Eng, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, delivering on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and client billings.
• Oversee project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Administrators while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Details
