Job summary

Kelley Construction, Inc. in The Colony, TX, is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects from start to finish. The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and client relations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management, at least five years of PM experience in healthcare or commercial markets, and proficiency with Timberline, Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager ideally with healthcare construction experience.
• Capable of estimating projects.
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6 Scheduling software.
• Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Project development, permitting, and supervision.
• Planning, organizing, and directing all phases of construction projects.
• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and bids
• Developing and reviewing plans and specifications
• Documenting information and authoring reports
• Determining project workforce, material, and equipment requirements
• Evaluating and maintaining project progress, quality, and conformance to plans and specifications.
• Preparing and approving project progress reports, and schedules
• Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures
• Providing technical assistance to construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure that the project is within the approved budget.
• Completing any related duties as assigned by management.
