Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget results across healthcare, K-12, and higher education facilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with construction drawings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with healthcare, K-12, or higher education projects preferred.
• Knowledge of CMaR project delivery a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure progress.
• Lead meetings with clients and stakeholders to maintain relationships.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and field issues promptly.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed.
