Job summary

AHU technology is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects in Asheville, NC, from preconstruction through completion. This on-site, full-time role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality, and client relations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in construction management or engineering and 5+ years of PM experience on healthcare, K-12, or higher education facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with healthcare, K-12 or higher education projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Participate in preconstruction activities for CM at Risk and Design-Build projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field personnel to maintain progress.
• Monitor project quality, costs and timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Lead project meetings with clients and teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and field issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
