Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead one or more heavy civil and bridge construction projects. You will plan, direct, and coordinate construction and financial activities to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, procurement, submittals, and closeout, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships and mentoring project staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Heavy civil/bridge construction experience required.
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and finance.
• Experience with budgets, purchasing, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read construction drawings and develop subcontract scopes.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Procore.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and risk management across projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate procurement of labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and project docs.
• Ensure project closeout with all documentation.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
