Blayze Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Dallas from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety, timeliness, and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience on projects up to $50 million, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and proficiency in CM software and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience, including projects up to $50 million.
  • Experience with healthcare, higher education, K-12, or general commercial construction preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, financial reporting, pay applications, and change orders.
  • Procure and manage subcontractors, including scope development, buyout, and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with the Superintendent, monitoring progress and mitigating delays.
  • Coordinate permitting, municipal approvals, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and field teams on planning, logistics, and project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners while supporting business development efforts.
  • Ensure projects meet contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.

Job description

A leading commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
