Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project financials, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and performance of commercial construction projects.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, change orders, and financials.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders.
Oversee schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant PMs; foster collaboration.
Partner with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence.
