Job summary

Kelley Construction, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects from conception to delivery out of The Colony, TX.

The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and coordination with subcontractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CM or related field and 5 years of PM experience, preferably with healthcare projects, and proficiency in Timberline, Procore, MS Office, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager ideally with healthcare construction experience.
• Capable of estimating projects.
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 Scheduling software.
• Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Project development, permitting, and supervision.
• Planning, organizing, and directing all phases of construction projects.
• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and bids
• Developing and reviewing plans and specifications
• Documenting information and authoring reports
• Determining project workforce, material, and equipment requirements
• Evaluating and maintaining project progress, quality, and conformance to plans and specifications.
• Preparing and approving project progress reports, and schedules
• Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures
• Providing technical assistance to construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure that the project is within the approved budget.
• Completing any related duties as assigned by management.
