Job summary

Kelley Construction, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects in the general construction division.

You will oversee development, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships to keep projects on time and within budget. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management (or related) and at least five years of PM experience, preferably healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager, ideally healthcare.
• Capable of estimating projects.
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar PM software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Project development, permitting, and supervision.
• Planning, organizing, and directing all phases of construction projects.
• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and bids.
• Developing and reviewing plans and specifications.
• Documenting information and authoring reports.
• Determining project workforce, material, and equipment requirements.
• Evaluating and maintaining project progress and quality.
• Preparing and approving project progress reports and schedules.
• Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures.
• Providing technical assistance to construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure that the project is within the approved budget.
• Completing related duties as assigned by management.
