Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in Sacramento, CA. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time delivery for large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supervision of commercial builds, experience with concrete and steel, and strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience on commercial projects sized $50–100M+.
• Experience with concrete and steel structures.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and active listening.
• Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team, schedule and allocate resources.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Create cost estimates for labor, materials, and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs and subcontractors to set timeline and budget.
• Schedule crews and subcontractors; hire additional subs as needed.
• Maintain daily job site log and report to management.
