Job summary

Bisnow is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role reports to the Project Executive and leads execution, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of commercial construction PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to plan and execute projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project team and mentor staff; manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Prepare schedules of values and monthly payment applications.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and permits.
