Job summary

Fred Olivieri Construction Company in North Canton, OH, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will lead coordination with clients, architects, and field teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within contract terms. Travel to local/regional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Construction Project Manager for commercial projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and communicate with the project team, client, architect, and engineer.
• Prepare and manage schedules and delivery dates; monitor progress and budget.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with on-site supervision to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Develop and present project budgets; handle contract administration and change orders.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; ensure safety compliance.
