Job summary

Fred Olivieri Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site management for ground-up retail/restaurant projects in Central Ohio. The role requires strong leadership, safety oversight, and coordinating with developers, clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

You will manage schedules, monitor quality, ensure compliance with plans and codes, and report project progress from startup to closeout, using Procore. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.

• Thorough knowledge of construction industry best practices and building codes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Project.
