A leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH, is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. The role requires strong organization, the ability to manage multiple projects, and coordination with field crews and vendors.

You will supervise scheduling, budgets, RFIs/Change Orders, and ensure code-compliant plans. Typical duties include closeout activities, documentation, and client-facing coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or plumbing projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organization required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: commercial plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage all job impacts, RFIs, Change Orders.
• Attend all job PM meetings; review plans/specs and ensure code compliance.
• Track costs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, warranty letters, operation manuals and AS-Builds.
