Job summary

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, HH2, and Sage/Timberline highly desirable.

My client located in Lexington is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, providing overall leadership and administration of projects from preconstruction through completion. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Skilled in coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive successful project execution. Expertise in construction management, estimating, financial reporting, project planning, and team leadership. Adept at maintaining client satisfaction, developing new business relationships, and overseeing self-performed work.

Qualifications include a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred), along with 3+ years of field experience. Experience with Design-Build projects is a plus.
