Job summary

Triversity Construction in Columbus is expanding and seeking a Project Manager to own commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead projects, manage client relationships, and drive execution across schedule, budget, and field coordination.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing or supporting full lifecycle construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate clearly with clients and partners.
• Recent experience building in the central Ohio region is preferred.
• Preconstruction or estimating experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with healthcare, workplace, retail, or similar commercial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and partners.
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify risks early and keep projects moving forward.
• Partner with preconstruction on estimating, buyout, and subcontract creation.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Demonstrate an understanding of risk management and safety, proactively managing the team.
