Confidential is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity. The role oversees safety, LEAN planning and scheduling, cost and quality control, and coordination of subcontractors and craft workers while managing relationships with owners, designers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are effectively controlled and executed while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

• Lead commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity.
