Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity. You will oversee safety, LEAN planning and scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and coordination of subcontractors and craft workers, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in commercial construction and a bachelor’s-level focus in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity. The position oversees project safety, LEAN planning and scheduling, cost and quality control, and coordination of subcontractors and craft workers while managing relationships with owners, designers, vendors, and other project stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are effectively controlled and executed while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
