Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing construction projects valued at >$20M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with construction financials, scheduling, and multi-trade management.
• Proven track record of client satisfaction and profitable delivery.
• OSHA 30-hour, First Aid, CPR certifications; LEED Specialty Accreditation.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, BIM; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership to project teams, set goals, assign responsibilities, and mentor members.
• Participate in preconstruction activities, estimating, bidding, constructability reviews, and RFPs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Lead procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and coordination with executives.
• Manage subcontractor performance, cost controls, and change orders.
• Maintain project financial controls including budgets, forecasts, requisitions, and payments.
• Oversee communications with owners, architects, engineers; manage risks and reporting.
• Support business development through client relationships and industry involvement.
