Premier Construction & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Farmington Hills, MI to lead commercial construction from predevelopment through design/build, including budgeting and risk management. You will negotiate contracts, manage subs, and coordinate client expectations while guiding project teams to on-time, within-budget completions.

If you enjoy working with a close-knit team, you will fit right in with our talented team!**For You:**• Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) • 3+ weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays • Continuing education reimbursement • Referral bonuses and recognition programs**What will you do at Premier Construction & Design?****Responsibilities:*** Manage and analyze RFP’s and bidding processes including subcontractor selection and solicitation;* Provide estimates for multiple phases for pre-development, development and design/build projects; including new construction, interior build outs, and renovations;* Attend site walkthroughs;* Develop and manage requests for information;* Create and manage project budgets including change requests;* Negotiate client contracts and buyout subcontracts, including scope reviews;* Assess and mitigate risk throughout project;* Manage projects to ensure completion is on time and within specified budget;* Manage project teams including Superintendents, and Project Engineers;* Successfully manage clients expectations and contractual obligations;* Manage productive meetings including project team and client meetings;* Resolve any issues or problems that arise over the course of projects;* Other duties as assigned.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or other related field.* Minimum of 7 years of experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry.* Extensive knowledge of MEP, civil, concrete, structural steel, carpentry, and finishing trades and subcontractors.* Proficient in the Microsoft Suite software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Project.* Preferred proficiency in Procore.* Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
