Contegra Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and design-build projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will mentor Project Managers and field teams, manage project financials, risk, and contract administration, and build strong client relationships while guiding project execution across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and risk management.
• Experience negotiating contracts and leading project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple large and complex construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and warranty.
• Providing strategic leadership for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Overseeing project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, billing, profitability, and risk management.
• Leading subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and contract administration.
• Collaborating with Superintendents to align field operations with objectives, schedules, and quality standards.
• Building and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Leading executive-level client meetings and serving as primary contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Identifying risks early and implementing proactive solutions to maintain success.
• Supporting preconstruction through budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, and planning.
• Mentoring Project Managers and Project Engineers.
