Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects in Boise, Idaho from inception to completion, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to meet schedule, budget and quality goals.

This role emphasizes planning, cost control, risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Proven PM experience in commercial construction with budget control.
• Strong scheduling knowledge and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource planning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project budgets, approve expenditures and track costs.
• Develop and monitor schedules, adjust as needed.
• Implement QA/QC programs and enforce safety standards.
• Lead teams and communicate with stakeholders regularly.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain contract drawings and project documentation.
