• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Review plans, identify potential issues, and manage project changes.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
