Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with ground-up commercial construction experience for the Greater Indianapolis area. You will lead projects from cradle to grave, focusing on healthcare, commercial, and other markets with project sizes typically between $20M and $50M.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects cradle to grave within Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M).
• Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ground-up commercial construction projects end-to-end.
• Oversee planning, estimating, value engineering, management, and safety.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Mentor project teams and enforce quality standards across projects.
