Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring junior project managers.
• Excellent client management skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Experience managing relationships with general contractors and resolving conflicts.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in budgeting and scheduling for complex projects.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of high-profile, complex commercial construction projects from initial planning through completion and handover.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage relationships with general contractors, resolve conflicts and ensure standards are met.
• Use Procore and Bluebeam to track progress, resources, and communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules to prevent overruns and delays.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
