Job summary

Fulcrum Construction’s San Antonio office seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from bid through occupancy. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontracting, and client relations to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience as a Project Manager for a general contractor.
• Degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
• Experience with cost reporting, scheduling, and subcontract management.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement and scheduling.
• Manage multiple projects in various development stages while meeting budgets and deadlines.
• Interface with clients to maintain satisfaction and cultivate business opportunities.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project admins, and accounting staff to ensure project success.
