Fulcrum Construction, a national retail general contractor, invites applications for a Commercial Construction Project Engineer in San Antonio, TX. This entry-level PE role supports the project team from our Texas office and may require field work to gain hands-on experience.

We seek smart, driven individuals who can learn quickly, prioritize assignments, and contribute to a growing team focused on retail, restaurant, and distribution center projects.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of construction or related field experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project team with RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Assist Project Manager/Estimator as requested.
• Assist Superintendent with coordination, scheduling, and safety on site.
• Maintain logs and documents for field or office locations.
• Coordinate documents from subcontractors to finalize subcontracts.
• Attend job site meetings and record minutes.
