Job summary

Fulcrum Construction, LLC is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Engineer to join our Project Management team in San Antonio, TX. This entry-level PE will work from our Texas office and in the field periodically, supporting development across preconstruction, project management, and field operations.

You will learn quickly, coordinate with subs, and help manage logs, submittals, and safety training as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience in construction or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science or Construction Management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management team with RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Assist Project Manager/Estimator as needed.
• Assist Superintendent with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety when on site.
• Ensure logs and documents are current.
• Obtain subcontractor docs to finalize subcontracts.
• Attend job site meetings and record minutes.
