CyberCoders seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in Fairfax, VA. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-quality and safety standards while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The role combines hands-on construction knowledge with proven PM skills, overseeing planning, budgeting, procurement, risk management and closeout activities on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading commercial construction projects.
• Experience budgeting, cost control, scheduling and contract administration.
• Familiarity with construction software such as MS Project, Primavera or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Develop, manage and monitor budgets and forecasts; implement cost controls to meet targets.
• Coordinate procurement and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including scope negotiation and oversight.
• Maintain quality control and safety compliance on site, enforcing standards.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders; provide regular updates.
