Job summary

CyberCoders in Providence, RI is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Rhode Island and the surrounding region, from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PM experience on commercial/institutional projects, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proven leadership.

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed‑use projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee procurement, subcontract administration, and project documentation.
• Manage project risks and maintain schedule commitments.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.
