Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will serve as the main client and subcontractor liaison, manage schedules, costs, contracts, permitting, and on-site execution while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Expect continuous coordination across MEP, structural, and civil teams. Required: degree in Construction Management or related field and proven PM experience in commercial construction;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
• Strong scheduling experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Budgeting, cost estimating and cost-control skills.
• Experience with contract administration, change orders and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track milestones and critical path.
• Create, monitor and control budgets; implement cost-saving measures.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts; manage change orders and claims.
• Lead subcontractor selection, procurement and performance management.
• Coordinate design review, RFIs, submittals and revisions with teams.
• Oversee on-site construction ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate MEP/structural/utility sequencing to minimize delays.
• Support estimating and pre-construction planning as needed.
• Direct commissioning and closeout documentation; client handover.
