Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an Indianapolis-based Project Manager for commercial construction projects.

You will lead from preconstruction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on estimating, budgeting, and schedule control to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The role requires reading blueprints and coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and engineers, while maintaining client relationships and adherence to safety and codes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong estimating and budgeting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Prepare and review estimates, budgets, cost reports, change orders, and project forecasts.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and construction documents to support project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support bidding activities, scope reviews, procurement, and contract administration.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, quality standards, and job costs to ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, and project planning activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and project specifications.
