Job summary

Unknown client in the United States seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial builds from pre-construction through closeout. You will own projects, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep momentum and quality high.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong scheduling, contract administration, and a proven ability to read drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong scheduling, contract administration, and change orders experience.
• Experience working directly with owners/clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Act as primary contact for owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and address delays.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and resources to keep on schedule.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
