Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of construction management experience.
• 4+ years of experience with financials, risk analysis, budgeting, and business cases.
• Proven negotiation, project management, estimating, and budgeting skills.
• Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects for campus, labs, and locations.
• Direct and coordinate work by contractors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, specs, and laws.
• Develop project budgets and monitor costs and schedules.
• Inspect progress and manage closeout and reporting.
• Travel up to 50% across the US.
