The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 4+ years in construction management, strong budgeting and risk analysis skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the US. Compensation ranges with bonuses are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of construction management experience.
• 4+ years of financial, risk analysis, budgeting, and business-case preparation.
• Proven negotiation, project management, estimation, and budgeting skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze site plans and construction documents.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and up to 50% across the US.
• Experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all construction project management for campus, labs, and locations.
• Manage work performed by contractors and consultants and provide general management.
• Manage, direct, and coordinate construction projects and schedules.
• Oversee project design and schedules on proposed projects.
• Ensure project delivery complies with contractual requirements and laws.
• Provide project budget estimates for building and site work.
• Coordinate contractor identification, bids, contracts, and budgets.
• Monitor progress against schedule and maintain communications with all parties.
• Inspect progress and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Manage project closeout and reporting.
