Job summary

VSP Vision Care is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead campus, labs, and site projects, coordinating contractors and consultants to deliver on time and on budget.

You will oversee design, schedules, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and applicable laws, providing budget estimates and reporting progress to stakeholders. Travel up to 50% across the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/Architecture/Engineering.
• 4+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven negotiation, project management, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the US.
• Knowledge of construction accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects for company campus, labs, and locations.
• Oversee project design and schedules, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide project budgets and monitor costs, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, ADA, and local laws.
• Manage project closeout and reporting.
