Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Construction Estimator in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to prepare conceptual budgets from preliminary sites, SIR, and building plans.
• Analyze civil and building prints, specs, and documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Responsibilities
