Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with take-off software and electronic plan reading.
• Knowledge of General Conditions and General Requirements.
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid preparation and analysis of bid documents.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for quotes.
• Develop Scopes of Work and Basis of Estimate.
• Collaborate with Junior Estimators and Project Management.
• Pursue continuing education and certifications.
