Job summary

Guaranty Commercial Title, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Commercial Closer to manage complex commercial real estate transactions from pre-opening through post-closing.

The role involves reviewing contracts, title commitments, and escrow instructions, coordinating with clients, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and internal teams to resolve title and escrow issues and facilitate closings. Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams.
• Expertise in commercial closings and deal closure under deadlines.
• Experience with escrow procedures, document review, and funds disbursement.
• Customer service focus and ability to build professional relationships.
• Previous commercial closer or escrow officer experience in title/real estate/financial services.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with closing software, title production systems, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and title insurance; Minneapolis market experience a plus.
• On-site availability and ability to work in deadline-driven environment.
• Education in real estate, finance, or business; industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare settlement statements and balance files daily.
